MR. LEBLANC BECOMES ICTF 4TH DAN #1679

On December 9th, I traveled to Woodbridge, Ontario where I graded for my 4th Dan.
Master Cariati was the examiner and not only did he test me but once again shared his vast amount of knowledge.
I thank my students for all their kind words and support and Master Cariati for another memorable experience.
